The perfomance by Solitude fellows Cássio Diniz Santiago and Till Wyler von Ballmoos will be about encounters and farewells. After the one-hour performance there will be a public talk with the artists.
After nightfall Mátyás Dunajcsik and Zsolt Korai will screen a 3D video projection on the facade of Schloss Solitude. Spectators will be able to participate in the performance.
During the closing event on December 8, 2016, Prof. Peter Ott, Prof. Mario Doulis of Merz Akademie and Prof. Jean-Baptiste Joly, director of Akademie Schloss Solitude will present the results, projects and exhibition documentations of remediate II.

From November 18 until December 18, 2016 the works of the fellows Kai Linke and Ivana Ivković can be seen. In addition, the Akademie Schloss Solitude is also contributing to the anniversary of the exhibition series Retour de Paris by showing works from Rolf Schneider and Laura Bernhardt, both former fellows of the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris.
On December 16 and 17, 2016 guided tours through the exhibitions are offered at 6 pm. The tour on December 17 will be guided by Akademie director Jean-Baptiste Joly.
In conclusion of the series of events dealing with the concept of authorship and the status of the author in the 21st century, held in dialogue between artistic disciplines, philosophy, law, computer and social sciences, the Akademie will round off the two-year discourse with an emphasis on questions of authorship from economic, political and juridical as well as non-western perspectives.
In the exhibition In the carpet the swinging and reciprocal effects between the practices of art and craft, and the fruitful exchanges between centers in Europe and Morocco are highlighted.

The installation Terminal by Karolina Halatek will be opened within the framework of the light art festival ASCENTS that takes place from September 17 to October 9 in the Kulturregion Stuttgart.

The workshop Monumental Strategies of (Sub)urban Riots is held in continuation of the exhibition Thinking a Monument to the Sub/Urban Riot, conceptualized by Gal Kirn and Niloufar Tajeri that was at display in January 2016 at Akademie Schloss Solitude.
The artists Rugilė Barzdžiukaitė, Vaiva Grainytė and Lina Lapelytė create a colorful and brisk scene at the beach. In their collaborative work special attention is put on the relationship between documentation and fiction, realism and poetry, as well as on the crossover of theatre, music and fine arts.
