Born 1989 in Illertissen/Germany.
Jasmin Schädler lives and works in Stuttgart/Germany. She studied theatre directing at Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg/Germany from 2012–2016, just after finishing her BSc/BA in physics and cultural studies at Jacobs University Bremen, Germany. During her time at Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg she realized i. a. the film Drive with us to Linda which was recently bought by the German television channel MDR; the lyric intallation Orplid shown at Blühendes Barock Ludwigsburg and supported by the Eduard Mörike Society; the walk-in installation Das letzte Ende which was shown at Theater Rampe in Stuttgart; Frau mit Landschaft, a performative installation about the concept woman, realized in the sauna area of Stadtbad Ludwigsburg and Hilde&Hilde;, an evening about the women of the Nibelungen myth and of today, in cooperation with Theater der Stadt Aalen/Germany and Nibelungen Festspiele Worms, Germany.
The Baden-Württemberg Stiftung enabled Jasmin Schädler to spend four months at the Russian State Institute of Performing Arts in Saint Petersburg/Russia in 2014.
Jasmin Schädler is a fellow in cooperation with Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg.
