She worked as a curator in the exhibitions Points of View. Orte der Fotografie and Schwer Vermittelbar. Animationsfilme, Objekte & Installationen (both in Hildesheim, 2012), as well as in the exhibition Christof Salzmann. Das Archiv bin ich (Friedrichshafen, 2015). As part of her artsprogram activities she also worked on displaying the Archive for Social Sculpture on the political work of Joseph Beuys at Zeppelin University. Luzi Gross was a guest worker at Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin in The Anthropocene-Project as well as at the graphic collection of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. As an artistic director of the model project Learning Community, Luzi Gross, together with Caroline Brendel, the artsprogram and the initiative welt_raum, created a meeting place for refugees, students and other neighbors in Friedrichshafen. In workshops the potentials of artistically inspired strategies for new ways of living together were tested and reflected. In her master thesis she focused on the question how artistic strategies intervene in social processes and what role curators take in this context.
