Chris Heenan lives in Los Angeles. He plays alto saxophone, bass clarinet, contrabass clarinet and analog synthesizer. Some
current projects include Team Up, a trio with guitarist Jeremy Drake and a revolving third member percussionist, an acoustic duo with Berlin-based percussionist and light artist Michael Vorfeld, an electric duo of synthesizer and lightbulbs with Michael Vorfeld, a duo with NYC-based guitarist Chris Forsyth and Phantom Limb and Bison with Chris Forsyth, Jaime Fennelly (electronics) and Shawn Hansen (synthi / radio feedback). Some
current playing partners include trumpeter Birgit Ulher, percussionist Michael Griener, vocalist Ute Wassermann and contrabassist Alexander Frangenheim. He is the recipient of grants from American Composers Forum, Arts International and The Durfee Foundation. He received his MFA from the Milton Avery Graduate School of the Arts at Bard College in 2004 and was a fellow-in-residence at Akademie Schloss Solitude in 2005/2006.
Berlin-based musician and visual artist Michael Vorfeld plays percussion and self-designed string instruments and works in the fields of experimental music, improvised music and sound and visual art. Besides his frequent solo activities he is a member of various ensembles and collaborates with theater artists, choreographers, visual artists, and musicians on numerous projects. His list of activities includes numerous concerts, performances and exhibitions in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia. Current projects include Zygoma, a trio with Jeff Gburek (guitar) and Michael Walz (electronics), a trio with Annette Krebs (guitar) and Anna-Maria Rodriguez (laptop), Vestige Vertical with Lothar Fiedler (guitar) and Michael Walz

Jeremy Drake lives in Los Angeles. He is improvisation and sound artist, concert organizer and teacher. He is involved in numerous projects, e. g. with Mitchell Brown, Jessica Catron, Alex Cline, Nels Cline, Harris Eisenstadt, Stephen Flinn, Vinny Golia, Kurt Heyl, David Kendall, Noah Phillips, David Rothbaum, G.E. Stinson, Kris Tiner und Ben Wright. Together with Chris Heenan he founded »Line Space Line«, a weekly concert series dedicated to improvised music which began in 2002.
