S-Bahn (all lines, platform 101) to Feuersee, then bus 92 direction Leonberg/Heslach Vogelrain, stop at Solitude, approx. 30 minutes.

From the North: Autobahn A6 Frankfurt / Mannheim / Heilbronn / Stuttgart or A81 Würzburg / Heilbronn / Stuttgart
Exit: Stuttgart-Feuerbach / Ditzingen. Take right at exit, direction Stuttgart (B 295). After approx. 4 km take exit Stuttgart-Weilimdorf / Wolfbusch / Bergheim, turn left towards Bergheim, drive approx. 3 km, turn right on top of hill onto road below castle and horse pasture, follow signs to “Akademieparkplatz” (parking lot).


From the West A8 Autobahn Karlsruhe / Stuttgart

Exit: Leonberg Follow directions to Leonberg, then directions to Gerlingen / Schloss Solitude. At top of hill (traffic light) turn right, direction Stuttgart. The street merges into an expressway. Take first exit Weilimdorf / Schloss Solitude, then follow signs to Schloss Solitude. Go straight on road below castle and horse pasture, follow signs to “Akademieparkplatz” (parking lot).


From the East and South Autobahn A8 München / Stuttgart A833 Singen / Stuttgart and airport


At Autobahnkreuz (highway intersection) Stuttgart follow directions to S-Vaihingen / Stuttgart. The highway will turn into an expressway. Follow the road through short tunnel, then over a bridge. After bridge, get in right lane to Leonberg; follow signs to Schloss Solitude. Go straight on road below castle and horse pasture, follow signs to “Akademieparkplatz” (parking lot).

A walkway leads to the Akademie from the parking lot. The main entrance is located across from the bus stop, marked with a large red “A”.
