Lukas Beyer (b. 1997) uses sound as a starting point to explore questions of identity, cultural codes, and diverse lived realities. His work has been published by in In Unison (Brussels) and 76666 (Karlsruhe), among others.
In addition to his artistic practice, he is deeply engaged in curatorial and educational formats – with a particular focus on the transitions between art production and reception, as well as on initiating personal and in-depth engagement within these fields.
He studied Art Education at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart. Supported by a Fulbright scholarship, he spent a year studying at Portland State University in Oregon (USA); in 2023, he completed an Erasmus semester at La Cambre in Brussels.
