The Stuttgart State Opera invites you to a salon on the stage of the beautiful Littmann building. On Tuesday, June 23, 2020, Elke aus dem Moore, director of the Akademie Schloss Solitude, will be the next guest at the Littmann-Salon. She will be in conversation about the topic »Borderless« with the host and opera director Viktor Schoner. Why is it necessary today, 30 years after the founding of the Akademie Schloss Solitude, to have an analog Akademie location at all, situated in a former hunting lodge? Why can’t the famous boundaries between genres, nations, institutions, ideologies, worlds, simply be removed by video conferencing?
