In the third edition of Solitude at the Literaturhaus, current fellows of the Akademie Schloss Solitude offer insights into literary and text-based artistic works that further explore the written word through media-based, spatial, and performative forms.

With Hiba Ali, Jeannette Hunziker, Anna Lublina and Maddy Routon.

Hiba Ali, a digital artist, develops a narrative through text and image about a mysterious wish machine whose fulfillments transform bodies, communities, and ultimately the world itself.

Author Jeannette Hunziker reads from her emerging text Die Zerriebenen (The Ground Down), a polyphonic reflection on community and the role of art in turbulent times.

Anna Lublina is a performance artist and presents a poetry performance in which language unfolds through the rhythmic crushing of garlic, shaped by repetition and transformation.

Maddy Routon is an author and feminist cultural geographer; she reads excerpts from a text that weaves academic research on precarious housing conditions with autobiographical writing, tracing a life across 24 places of residence.
