Catherine Perret

Catherine Perret is a professor for philosophy at the University of Paris X – Nanterre.

From 1995 – 2001 she was the program director of the Collège international de philosophie.

Perret regularly writes articles on contemporary art for French newspapers and exhibition catalogues.

Her book »Walter Benjamin sans destin« was reissued in 2006.

She was a guest the Akademie in 2005-6 under the auspices of an exchange with the Collège international de philosophie.
