Christophe Wavelet

Christophe Wavelet, a former performer, works as a curator, critic, and scholar for numerous international exhibitions, conferences, and publications.

From 1993 to 2001, he co-directed the activities of the performance collective Knust Project, and from 1996 to 2000, he has also co-edited the French journal Vacarme. From 2005 to 2010, he was the head of LIFE, a cross-disciplinary and transnational contemporary art venue.

Christophe Wavelet is particularly interested in the experimental and discursive realization of projects within different cultural areas, while it does not matter which medium he uses to express his creative thoughts and notions.
