Heather Frasch is a composer of acoustic and electro-acoustic music, improviser, sound installation artist, and experimental flutist. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of California where she studies composition with Edmund Campion and works on interactive electronic music at CNMAT (Center for New Music and Audio Technologies) with David Wessel.

Her music has been performed at festivals and concerts worldwide such as IRCAM, Moscow Autumn Festival, SICMF in Korea and Acanthes Festival in Luxembourg, among others.
