Born 1982 in Werne/Germany.

Jana Lange lives in Berlin and works as an artistic director and photographer for the internet agency NETRO, which she co-founded. In her work she deals with questions about realities and perception, about reality and fiction.

In 2012 she graduated with distinction (M.F.A.) from Kunsthochschule Kassel where she studied visual communication. Afterwards, she was a master student of professor Gabriele Franziska Götz. During this time she realized a photography project about wolves for which she worked three months in Austria at the Wolf Science Center in Ernstbrunn.

After spending two years as a freelancer focusing on media art and graphic design, she now works for the internet agency NETRO as a creative director in the field of new media since 2014.

As a photographer she received the Künstlerstipendium Willingshausen by the Sparkassen-Kulturstiftung Hessen-Thüringen in 2014.
