Born 1980 in Belgrade/Serbia.

Jelena Andjelovski studied law at the University of Belgrade/Serbia and dramaturgy at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad/Serbia. She is a feminist campaigner and began her commitment 2002 in the international network Women in Black in Belgrade.

In the following years she worked amongst others as kindergarden teacher, program coordinator, organizer and press relations officer for further organisations, such as SOS Telephone for Women and Children Victims of Violence in Belgrade (2003–2007), Incest Trauma Center Belgrade (2004/2005), Autonomous Women’s Center Belgrade (2005–2007) and Novi Sad Lesbian Organization (2006–2009).

Since 2009, Jelena Andjelovski has been developing various programs for the youth center CK13 in Novi Sad, such as »Poetry in House«. She is the author of numerous dramatic works and performances: Women Square, Performance; Fat Girl, Romanadaption; Mr. Happiness, Farce; Ako mrtve ustanemo (If we, the dead, rise), Performance, 2009; My body, my territory, Performance, 2010; Ružićka, Drama, 2011 und Koga volimo (Who We Love), Fernseh-Interview, 2011.
