Born 1973 in Tomaszow Lub (Poland).

Studied painting and drawing at the College of Arts in Jaroslaw and at the Academy of Fine Art in Poznan. Since 2002 celluloid painter in an animation studio of a TV station and co-art creator in different advertising agencies in Poznan. She lives in New York and Poland.

Kudlicka was awarded a grant of the Academy of Fine Arts, Poznan/Poland in 1997/98. In 2002 she received the Young Art Award of Poznan. She was a fellow of Art Omi, New York (2003), the Residency Program Location One, New York and the Trust For Mutual Understanding Foundation Grant, New York (2004/2005). In 2006 she was awarded a Travel Grant of the Ministry of Culture in Poland and was a fellow of the Narodowe Centrum Kultury in Poland und the International Studio & Cultural Program (ISCP), New York.
