Studied computer science for business at the Technical College (Fachhochschule) in Flensburg 1989-1993.
IT-business consultant & software developer at Software Jantzen & Partner, Escheburg near Hamburg (1993-1994), Manager Strategic Projects eCommerce with Oracle Germany (1995-1999).
In August 1999 she founded the company COCUS AG – company for customers, in December 2001 she stepped down as CEO of the COCUS AG. She still is a shareholder of the company and continues to work as a consultant for COCUS AG.
2002 work at the theater company PLAYSTATION in Hamburg as directing assistant for the production “BLUT on the Dancefloor” and active for the 5. Festival Politik im Freien Theater.
During her fellowship at Solitude, Martina Pickhardt will analyze the process starting from the founding of her start-up company until she stepped down as CEO. Martina Pickhardt is also a member of the art, science & business project group “What is an error good for?”.
