Sepake Angiama is an educator and curator whose interest lies between critical, discursive education practices and the social framework. Previously, Sepake was the Head of Education for documenta 14, Director of Education for Manifesta 10, Saint Petersburg/Russia, Curator of Public Programs at Turner Contemporary, Margate/Great Britain, and Public Programs Coordinator at the Hayward Gallery, London. She has developed education programs for a number of leading international institutions, including Tate Modern & Hayward Gallery, London. Sepake earned her M.A. in curating contemporary art at the Royal College of Art, London, where she received the Monique Beudert Award for her exhibition project.

Currently she is a fellow at bak (basis voor actuele kunst) where she is conducting a year-long research into intersectional feminism and science fiction.
