Zoran Pantelic is an artist, producer, educator and researcher. He holds a MA from the Academy of Fine Arts Novi Sad, as well as a certificate from the School of Media Education, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

He is currently director of the New Media Center_kuda.org, Novi Sad (Serbia) and from 2005 he is teaching media communication at Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad.

He founded the association APSOLUTNO in 1993, a collective of three members, that deals with interdisciplinary art work and media pluralism (www.apsolutno.org).

In 2000 Zoran Pantelic founded the New Media Center_kuda.org, a content providing platform for new cultural practices, media art production and social issues (www.kuda.org). The platform explores critical approaches towards [mis]using information and communication technology and emphasizes creative rethinking in network society.

The work of Zoran Pantelic has been shown internationally in festivals and galleries in places such as Berlin, Paris, Budapest, Vienna, Frankfurt, Wroclaw, Hiroshima, San Francisco, etc.

He curated the new media section of Belgrade October Exhibition in 2001, and most recently he co-curated New Media Festival in Belgrade. In 2003 he co-produced the »World-Information.Org« exhibition, an international project by Public Netbase, Vienna, in Novi Sad and Belgrade (www.world-information.org). In 2004 was organized »Trans European Picnic« in Novi Sad, which was co-produced with V2 Institute for the Unstable Media in Rotterdam (www.transeuropicnic.org).

As a fellow for art coordination at Akademie Schloss Solitude, Zoran Pantelic will organize the exchange program with Novi Sad and the New Media Center_kuda.org in visual arts and new media.
