Zsolt Nagy Koppány studied Hungarian and English language and literature at the Faculty of Arts at the Babes-Bolyai University.

He works as a writer and translater as well as teacher for languages and literature. His texts were published in many languages among others in Hungarian, Romanian, English, German and Bulgarian.

Selected publications: Nagyapám tudott repülni [My granddad could fly], 2007; Jozefát úr, avagy a regénykedés [Mr. Josephat, or the novelling], 2006; Arról, hogy milyen nehéz [About how difficult it is], 2000.

Zsolt Nagy Koppány is a participant in the exchange program between Akademie Schloss Solitude and Hungarian writers in Budapest.
