Born in Brazil in 1990.

leo studied business management, arts and design at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora/Brazil (2010–2016), attended the Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage/Brazil (2013/2014), and completed the MFA program at Universität der Künste Berlin/Deutschland (2018). leo’s performative practice and artistic works were shown in the Core Exhibition at The Glassell School of Art – Museum of Fine Arts, Houston/USA (2019), in Mutterzunge at Babylon, Berlin (2018), and in SuperLiv/fe at —fffriedrich, Frankfurt am Main/Germany (2017). In 2018, leo was awarded a fellowship for the Core Program at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.
