Mahoutondji Kinmagbo is a self-taught new media artist with a formal background outside the arts, with a practice established through fellowships including STARTS Afropean Intelligence (2025, Ars Electronica), Unwired Currents (2025, Futuress), and XR Bootcamp (2024, Digital Lab Africa). His work explores the intersection of African heritage and technology through immersive storytelling and speculative projects, reimagining traditions while preserving cultural histories and examining the evolution of memory in the digital age.
