Born 1982 in Stuttgart/Germany.

Natascha Moschini lives and works as a performing artist in Bern/Switzerland. From 2003 to 2006 she studied contemporary dance and dance theater at Fontys Dance Academy in Tilburg/ Netherlands and at Höheres Institut für Tanz in Antwerp/Belgium. In 2008 she continued her studies in performance studies in Hamburg/Germany under Gabrielle Klein and graduated in Bern in 2014 with a master’s degree in contemporary arts practice.

Natascha Moschini is interested in »anatomic fictions« at the border of anatomic reality and transference of spaces through reutilization. She created works such as the staged reading mama’s body is a mountain at Alte Krone in Biel/Switzerland (2014), the sound and video installation — no window at art museum Centre PasquArt during Cantonale Berne Jura (2014), and Stammheim Schleife — Ein Live-Hörspiel-Ausflug to Stuttgart-Stammheim in co-production with the Stuttgarter Kunstmuseum (2013).

Together with the musician Rea Dubach and the visual artist Salome Egger she continues to do research on »anatomic fictions«. The subject is a malformed birthmark that keeps appearing at the same spot in different shapes: a monstrous, tabooed intimacy of a female body. The premiere of the play took place on October 9, 2015 in Zeppelin in Bern.

Natascha Moschini is a fellow in cooperation with TanzSzene BW in Stuttgart.
