Rodney LaTourelle

Born 1965 in Winnipeg.

Bachelor of Environmental Studies (architecture) and Master of Landscape Architecture at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. Works as an installation artist, architectural designer, exhibition preparator and writes for various Canadian art magazines (e.g.: Border Crossings, C Magazine, PlugIn Cahier).

Selected publications include: “Chronochroma” (Mix Magazine, Vol. 27/No. 1, 2001), “Neutral Ground Architecture Series – Aquino/Shanski” (Softcatalogue, 2001), “The Culture of Colour” (Canadian Architect, Feb, 2002), “Z House” (Azure, Jan-Feb, 2002).

He received the Visual Arts “B” grant of the Manitoba Arts Council twice (1999, 2001) and the New Media grant of the Canada Council (2001).
