Andrej Kritenko

Born 1963 in Kiev.

Studied at the College of Performing Arts in Kiev and later became college teacher for acting.

Since 1986 director of numerous theater plays like “La Casa de Bernarda Alba” by García Lorca, “Black Panther & White Bear” by Vinichenko and involved in children´s theater. 1992 began work on the project “Talking Pictures” which could be seen in England. 1997 work on “Brundibar”.

1989 recipient of the award for best directing of a modern drama from the Ukraine´s department of culture. 1994 Golden Pectoral Prize of the Ukraine.
