Born 1968 in Santiago.

1988-1992 studied fine arts at the School of Art, Catholic University of Santiago.

2000-2001 research program at the Center for Contemporary Art (CCA) in Kitakyushu, Japan.

Since 2001 master class in visual art with Marina Abramovic at the Fondazione Antonio Ratti in Como/Italy. Since 1996 he has been teaching theory courses at the University Finis Terrae and contributing regularly to Chilean art magazines.

Recent exhibitions include: Campo de Juego, Recoleta Cultural Center Buenos Aires, Museum of Contemporary Art Bahía Blanca/Argentina, Centro de Extensión (Catholic University, Santiago, 2001), “Open Studios” (Center for Contemporary Art, Kitakysushu, Japan 2001), “Espacios y Correspondencias” (Arte Actual Gallery Santiago, 2000), “A possible Monument for Düsseldorf” (Kulturaum Düsseldorf, part I; BECH Gallery, Santiago, part II).

2001 FONDART fellowship, Santiago. 2000 Holbein scholarship, Osaka/Japan.
