Born in the Ruhr Valley/Germany in 1991.

Miriam Chebaibai Koch, an artist and consultant, lives and works in Berlin/Germany. She studied social work and social research in Freiburg/Germany and Berlin. She is currently helping to establish the first German counseling and registration center for anti-Black racism at Each One Teach One. Her artistic and political work centers on an examination of the decolonization and portrayal of Black realities on the one hand and German dissonance on the other.

Miriam Chebaibai Koch has played a key role in the execution of the following projects since 2019: Intersectional Justice Retreat, conference with the Center for Intersectional Justice, Berlin, 2022, PADucating Realities – Afrodiasporische Soziale Praxen (Afrodiasporic Social Practices), conference and publication, 2021 and 2019, #BraveFutures (Short Film Prize, OTV, Berlin -in collaboration with the Oktopuss Kollektiv), 2020, Future Sounds, performance (Ballhaus Naunynstraße, Berlin), 2019, Love Letters To The Ocean, exhibition (Cocon Colorè, Berlin), 2019.
