»Where others see a living room, I see a stage.«

During a five-day performance festival ten private flats in Stuttgart will be transformed into a space of performances, music, dance and theater, following a concept by the Romanian artist Jean-Lorin Sterian. Since several years, lorgennale takes place in several European cities. The festival brings theatrical and artistic experiments into living space and thereby connects neighbours, artists, international performers and the local cultural scene.

The program is arranged by Jean-Lorin Sterian and Paula Kohlmann in cooperation with  Akademie Schloss Solitude. The event takes place within the framework of the current central topic Biographies & the Production of Space and is part of the 15th anniversary of the art, science & business program of Akademie Schloss Solitude.

With Jasmina Al Quaisi, Odeta Catana, Judith Engel, Caroline Flegel, Deidra Freemann, Christiane Heidrich, Aneisha Jones, Sabrina Karl, Julian Knoth, Li Lorian, Caro Mendelski, Hanna Plaß, Simone Rueß, Tyska Samborska, Sabrina Schray, Jean-Lorin Sterian, Barbara Gilchrist Feyl, and others.

The line-up and register for the seperate events will be announced on this website shortly. There will be no more then 25 places available for each performance. As soon as you have registered, you will get a confirmation email with the exact address of the appartment of the event you registered for.

Instead of tickets, we ask the visitors to bring a personal object which connects them directly to Stuttgart. The objects and stories will be collected and exhibited at a later time.

You will find more information about the program and the link to the registration for the single events here:
