Open Solitude on Saturday, November 28, 2026

The Akademie Schloss Solitude warmly invites you to this year’s fall/winter edition of Open Solitude on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 2 to 10 pm. Around 30 interdisciplinary artists, researchers, and practitioners from more than fifteen countries open their living and working studios and come together to create a diverse program of exhibitions, performances, screenings, presentations, and conversations.

Open Solitude invites visitors to immerse themselves in the fellows’ current projects and evolving artistic processes, and to enter a space shaped by personal exchange and creative encounters. Across three floors in the two Akademie buildings, the open studios unfold as places of exploration, reflection, and shared imagination.

Visitors are welcome to come and go at any time – admission is free.
Food trucks in the outdoor area will provide refreshments.

The fellows and the Akademie team look forward to your visit!

The detailed program will be published here shortly!
